The ability to add notes to proposals from within the Tender Comparison tab is helpful when you have added plugs (or adjustments) to a submitted tender. Use notes to explain why an adjustment was made so that, if necessary, you and the project team can reference this information at a later time.
Notes are only visible to you and the project team. Notes are not visible to the subcontractor who submitted the tender. Additionally, you have the option to include notes when exporting information from the Tender Comparison tab.
