Project bid forms lets you ask bidders to respond to general questions that apply to all subcontractors such as general acknowledgements about the providing drawings or their included fees and markups. Project bid forms are visible to all subcontractors who are invited to bid, regardless of scope.

Note: The default section names can't be changed. Custom sections cannot be added to scope-specific bid forms.

General Acknowledgements
This section allows you to ask questions or clarifications that are required from all potential business partners. For example, this section is an appropriate place to confirm with bidders that they have read and agreed to the associated bid documents that were provided for the project.
Bond Information
Use this section to ask questions in relation to bonding for potential business partners.
Fees and Markups
Use this category to get breakout information for a subcontractor’s personal costs.
Labor Rates
Under labor rates you can request breakouts for hourly, daily, and weekly rates for labor associated with this bid. For example, this section is the appropriate place to ask for hourly labor costs for the project foreman and for the project manager.
Certifications
This section is used to allow subcontractors to clarify their business certifications. For example, this section is the appropriate place to ask subcontractors to confirm if they are a Women Business Enterprise.
Disclaimers and Clarifications
Use this section to include your company’s standard disclaimers and clarifications that the subcontractor will need to review for this bid.
