How to reset your TradeTapp password

As a general contractor or vendor using TradeTapp, you can reset your password at any time if you forget your password or are having trouble logging in.

From the login page, enter your email and click "Next".



Click “Forgot password?”.



Confirm the email address your account is registered under, then click “Send.”



From the inbox of the email entered above, locate the “Reset your TradeTapp password” email, then click the “Reset Password” button.



Enter your new password which must contain at least eight characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number or symbol, then click “Proceed to Login.”

You will be taken back to the login page where you can enter your email address and new password to access your TradeTapp account.
