If you are not receiving emails from BuildingConnected or TradeTapp, you may need to allow the email domains our system uses so you do not miss out on notifications and opportunities.
The following are instructions on how to allow our emails in Gmail. Click here for help with allowing emails with mail clients other than Gmail.
To allow emails in Gmail
Log into the Gmail account your BuildingConnected or TradeTapp account is associated with, then click the “Settings” icon on the right-hand side.
Click “Settings.”
Click “Filters and Blocked Addresses.”
Click “Create a new filter.”
Create a filter for each of the following by entering them individually into the From field:
- @buildingconnected.com
- @tradetapp.com
- team@buildingconnected.com
- url4150.buildingconnected.com
-
imgix.net
Select the check box, “Never send it to spam,” then click “Create filter.”
Repeat this process for each item in the list above.
