If you are not receiving emails from BuildingConnected or TradeTapp, you may need to allow the email domains @buildingconnected.com and @tradetapp.com so you do not miss out on notifications and opportunities.
The following are instructions on how to allow our emails in Gmail. Click here for help with allowing emails with mail clients other than Gmail.
To allow emails in Gmail
Log into the Gmail account your BuildingConnected or TradeTapp account is associated with, then click the “Settings” icon on the right-hand side.
Click “Settings.”
Click “Filters and Blocked Addresses.”
Click “Create a new filter.”
Enter the domains @buildingconnected.com and @tradetapp.com in the “From” field to ensure you receive emails from these domains, then click “Create filter.”
Select the check box, “Never send it to spam,” then click “Create filter.”
Now, all emails from BuildingConnected and TradeTapp should be delivered straight to your inbox.
