If you have purchased or renewed BuildingConnected or TradeTapp after March 24, 2025, you need to assign BuildingConnected and TradeTapp subscriptions to your members in Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Note: To begin, you must first add your members to Autodesk Construction Cloud. If you have an existing BuildingConnected or TradeTapp account, see How to add members from BuildingConnected to Autodesk Construction Cloud or How to add TradeTapp users to Autodesk Construction Cloud.
This is a critical step so that all your members can access the right subscriptions and can get in the product right away. You can assign subscriptions to members individually or in bulk:
To assign subscriptions individually
Note: You must be an account administrator in Autodesk Construction Cloud to assign subscriptions and there must be subscriptions available in your account for the product you are working with.
1. Go to https://acc.autodesk.com/projects.
2. Navigate to Account Admin. .
3. Click "Members" in the left-navigation menu.
4. Click on the member that you want to assign a subscription.
5. In the right panel that appears, under "Member subscription", select the desired subscriptions (BuildingConnected Pro, Bid Board Pro, or TradeTapp) from the respective drop-down menus.
The member with the assigned subscription will now be able to log into BuildingConnected and TradeTapp and will have access to the paid features.
To assign subscriptions in bulk
This process is performed in Autodesk User Management. You must be a Contract manager, Primary admin, or Secondary admin in your Autodesk Account with the subscriptions in your team to assign them in bulk using the following instructions.
1. To start:

If you have an existing BuildingConnected or TradeTapp account with members, navigate to the "Company Members" tab in BuildingConnected or "Manage Users" tab in TradeTapp. Click "Export".

If you do not have an existing BuildingConnected or TradeTapp account, create a comma-separated file (CSV) listing the users to import:
Add one line per entry following the format described below. Row 1 is ignored; begin your entries on row 2.
Users that already exist in your team will be ignored.
2. Sign into your Autodesk Account at manage.autodesk.com.
3. Navigate to the "User Management" tab.
4. Click "By Product".
5. Click on BuildingConnected Pro, Bid Board Pro, or TradeTapp in the list of products.
Note: If you purchased more than one of these products, you will need to repeat this process for each product.
6. Click "Assign Users".
7. Click the "Import" tab.
8. Click "Upload CSV file" or drag and drop your CSV file directly into the window.
It may take a few moments to see all members appear in the "Assigned users" section. All the members listed now have the product subscription assigned to them.
