In Bid Leveling, you can add extra costs that are private to your team to a subcontractor's proposal. For example, there may be additional work that your team will need to perform to support a subcontractor's work. You can add the cost to accurately reflect how much the scope of a bid package will truly cost.
Subcontractors can't see the items you add to the "Other costs" section.

To edit Other costs in Bid Leveling
Click the "Edit section" button next to "Other costs".
Enter a description and enter an optional code for your team's reference if applicable.
To remove a line item, click the "Remove" icon.
Click "add line item" to add more other costs.
Click "Save".
Add values to Other costs in Bid Leveling
Adding values for Other costs is the same as making an adjustment to a cost.
Click into the cell for the company where you want to add a value.
Enter a value, add any notes (optional), and select a color to highlight the cell (optional).
Note: You can enter a positive or negative value.
Click away or press Enter on your keyboard. The Leveled Bid value will increase or decrease accordingly.
