How to export Bid Leveling into an XLSX file

You can export the contents of the Bid Leveling tool into a formatted XLSX file to keep for record or share with external stakeholders. 
 

To export Bid Leveling

Navigate to the "Bid Leveling" tab within a bid package. 



Click "Export". 



Select whether you want to "Export Leveled Bids" or "Export Base Bids". Exporting with leveled bids will include any plugs, colors, and notes you added in Bid Leveling. 



Your export will download to your computer and you will receive a notification in your browser when the download is complete. 

The following is a screenshot of an export with leveled bids. You can see a plug highlighted in yellow that was entered in BuildingConnected, along with the corresponding notes.
