You can see a vendor's progress of any pending application in TradeTapp. This includes a drill down view showing which specific questions have or have not been answered. Having this visibility can help you identify where vendors are getting stuck and push your qualifications to completion.
To see application progress
On your "Invitations" dashboard, hover over the application status on an “In Progress” application to see the percentage complete. Click to open a window where you can drill-down further.
Click the arrows to expand each section of your questionnaire.
- Sections with green checkmarks are complete.
- Questions with green checkmarks have been answered.
- Incomplete sections will show how many of the questions the vendor has completed so far. (i.e. 1/3 or 4/5)
- Questions in red have not been answered yet.
What happens to the progress when I request a renewal?
When you request a renewal on a vendor's application, only questions that include documents with expirations or are based on yearly data are reset. Only these will show up as red until the vendor updates their response to the question. These questions include:
- Enterprise certifications
- Financial Statements
- Safety records (EMR)
- Insurance documents
Can I see progress on questions that I've requested corrections on?
Currently the vendor progress modal does not support the request for corrections workflow. Requests for corrections are not based on specific questions at this time, therefore do not link directly to a question. In order to know if a correction has been made, you should assume that they are made when the vendor resubmits their application.
