You can get product help and contact support directly from the product. If you have a question while you're working, click the at the top right and click "Contact support".
The Support Hub opens in the product and allows you to type a question in the text field and surface relevant help content. You can also launch common workflows related to your account, projects, bid invites, and more.
Type in your question or concern. You will be shown help content or be guided through a workflow to understand and try to answer your question.
If the content is not helpful and you respond "No", there will be chance to communicate with one of our support agents. Click "Chat" or "Email" to speak with our support team.
- Chat: You will be directly connected to chat with a support agent in the window.
- Email: You will be asked to provide information and a support agent will reach out through email.
