How to see which subs have signed an NDA for a project (BC Pro)

If you have created an NDA protected project, you can see which subcontractors have consented to the NDA by downloading the Sub Status report.

Please note that because BuildingConnected tracks digital consent, there is no way to download individually signed NDAs for each subcontractor. Instead, you can download a formatted spreadsheet of all subcontractors on a project indicating whether the NDA was signed, as well as the date and time of consent.

To see whether a subcontractor has signed the NDA

Inside your NDA-protected project, click on the tender package the subcontractor is in or use the Find feature to quickly jump to the company the subcontractor belongs to. 



In the "Invitees" section, under "Status", those who have signed the electronic NDA will say "Consented to NDA". 

To download a record of subcontractors who have signed the NDA on a project

The Sub Status report includes a column indicating whether that contact has signed the NDA for this project. 

In your NDA-protected project, to download the Sub Status Report, click on the “Reports” tab.



Next to “Sub Status,” click “Download.”



The formatted spreadsheet will have two columns with NDA information.

1. Contact Status: Look for "Consented to NDA"
   
2. Date Consented to NDA: This column will show the date and time the NDA was signed.
