BuildingConnected automatically sends invitations to tender when a project or tender package is published by a head contractor. These invites contain details that subcontractors can quickly review to determine their interest. Continue reading to learn more about how invites look for standard users and for BC Pro subscribers.

Standard invites
Standard invites include the name of the head contractor who sent the invite, the name of the head contractor’s company, the project name, scope the subcontractor was invited to, the project’s location and the tender due date. Invites also include links that direct the subcontractor to the project details.
Please note that NDA protected projects do not include these details.
Invites from BC Pro subscribers
Invites sent from BC Pro subscribers include the company’s company logo at the top. The invite includes: the name of the head contractor who sent the invite, the name of the head contractor’s company, the project name, scope the subcontractor was invited to, the project’s location and the tender due date. Invites also include links that direct the subcontractor to the project details.
Please note that NDA protected projects do not include these details.
