With BC Pro, you can create sub list templates to easily import subcontractors into new projects. To add subs to a template, you must first create tender packages in a sub list template.
Next, within a sub list template, click into a tender package.
Click "Add Subs".
There are three ways you can add subcontractors to a sub list template. This is the same process as adding subs to a project:
- Search
- Import
Please note that adding subcontractors to sub list templates will not send them an email notification. Subcontractors will only receive an email notification once a sub list template is imported into a project and the project is then published.
For more information about sub list templates, including instructions on how to import sub list templates into projects, please visit the “Sub Lists” section of our help center.
Search
Our "Search" tab includes our robust recommendation engine which provides you with subcontractors that meet your project's needs. Learn about how our recommendation engine works and how to use it here.
