How to leave project notes on individual companies in the "Sub" tab

In your project's subs list, you can leave internal notes on subcontractors for your team to stay on the same page about any updates or changes regarding that specific company. 

If a subcontractor is invited to multiple tender packages, their notes will show up in every tender package they are a part of. 

To leave internal notes on a subcontractor's proposal

Select the subcontractor in the "Sub" tab in the respective tender package and find the "Notes" section. 



Click into "Add a note" and you can leave the relevant information for your team. Press "Enter" on your keyboard or click "Add Note" to save the note. The saved note will show who made it and when. 



Only the person who wrote the note can delete it. To delete a note, hover over and click on the "trash" icon that appears. 



Click "Delete".
