BuildingConnected allows you to revise tenders that have submitted to head contractors through our site. This functionality is helpful when head contractors send addenda for a project after your tender has been submitted. The ability to revise submitted tenders is also helpful in cases where information is incorrectly entered in your original tender.
Start by finding the tender you want to revise in your Tenders dashboard. The tender should be under the “Submitted” status. Click on your tender.
Navigate to the "Tender Form" tab and click "Create a Revision".
Next, you will be able to edit the information in the tender form. Once the updates have been made, click on “Preview & send” at the bottom of the page.
Review your revision and click on “Submit” to complete the process.
You will receive a confirmation. Click "Add tracking data" to enter additional private notes, or click "Go to Tenders".
The tender amount will change to the revised proposal amount. The revised tender will be under "Sent proposal revision". The original proposal can be viewed by clicking "Sent proposal".
