How to download and print project reports (BC Pro)

With BC Pro, you can download and print reports for each project on BuildingConnected.

To do so, navigate to your Projects page from the menu on the left-hand side.



Click on the project you would like to pull reports for.



Click on the “Reports” tab.



The “Reports” tab includes five pre-formatted reports which are listed in detail below. Customization is not available in BuildingConnected. If you would like to customize any CSV reports, you can do so directly in Excel.

Formatted Bidder List

A PDF document that lists each tender package and subcontractor as well as contact information and tendering status for this project. Learn more about this type of report in Formatted Sub List and Sub Status Report FAQs.

Bidder Status Report

A .CSV document that lists each subcontractor with details including contact information, company information, and tendering status. Learn more about this type of report in Formatted Sub List and Sub Status Report FAQs.

Bidder History Report

Provides a history of your team's and each subcontractor's actions and events for this project. This information comes from the "History" tab for each subcontractor, found in each tender package.

Proposal Summary Sheet (BC Pro)

A formatted excel file which includes a summary and details of all the proposals submitted for this project. Learn more in What is the “Proposal Summary Sheet” and how to download it (BC Pro).

Tender Archive

Downloads every tender and attachment submitted through BuildingConnected for a project and organizes it in folders by project name, tender package name, and company name.  



Good Faith Effort

A detailed report of all the outreach your company has performed for a project, which includes the following. Learn more in What is the "Good Faith Report" and how to use it:

• Timestamp
• Company name
• Contact name
• Contact email address
• Contact phone number
• Labor type
• Enterprise type
• Tender package
• Communication type (tender invite or message)
• Subject (Ex: Invitation to tender, resent invitation to tender, new addenda)
• Tendering Status
• Office address
• Tags
• Qualification Status
