How main contractors can duplicate existing projects

You can duplicate projects at any time whether tender due dates have passed or a project is closed. You can use an existing project to create a new project, a bidder list template, or a tender form template. This provides you with multiple options whether you want to duplicate this project because you have a similar one coming up or you want duplicate the project to create a sub list template to save the list of companies you invited.

To create a new project, bidder list template or tender form template from an existing project

Navigating to your “Projects” page from the menu on the left-hand side.



Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the project you want to copy and click "Duplicate". 



Click into the desired tab according to what you would like to duplicate this project into - a new project, new bidder list template, or new bid form template.

Choose which information you would like to include such as project information, files, team, bid packages, or certain bidders. When ready, click “Create New Project" or "Create New Template". 



The duplicated project will appear in your projects, bidder list templates, or bid form templates as selected. 

Please note that duplicated projects are not automatically published. To add and remove bidders before or after publishing your duplicated project, please reference the articles, “How to add bidders to bid packages” and “How general contractors can remove bidders from projects.”
