If you are not receiving emails from BuildingConnected, you may need to allow the email domain @buildingconnected.com so you do not miss out on notifications and opportunities.
To allow emails in Gmail
Log into the Gmail account your BuildingConnected account is associated with, then click the “Settings” icon on the right-hand side.
Click “Settings.”
Click “Filters and Blocked Addresses.”
Click “Create a new filter.”
Enter the domain @buildingconnected.com in the “From” field to ensure you receive emails from that domain, then click “Create filter.”
Select the check box, “Never send it to spam,” then click “Create filter.”
Now, all emails from BuildingConnected should be delivered straight to your inbox.
