How to see which projects you have invited a company to bid on

With BC Pro, you can see which specific projects and tender packages you have invited a company to.

To view a company's project history

Click the company's name to open their profile. You can do this in various locations throughout the platform where the company's name is clickable. For example: 

• Use the search bar at the top
  
  
  
  
• In your Subs list
  
  

Click on the "Project History" tab. 

1. A count of the number of projects this company has been invited to (Invited), marked tendering on (Bidding), submitted a bid for (Submitted), and was marked as awarded on (Awarded) will be shown at the top
2. Search for a specific project by name
3. Click to filter the list of projects by status: 
   • Undecided
   • Not Bidding
   • Bidding
   • Submitted
   • Marked Awarded
   • Marked Not Awarded
4. Scroll to see the list of all projects and corresponding tender packages. Click on the project name to open the company's record in that project.
