Tender invitations and messages sent out from our system come from "team@buildingconnected.com." In rare instances, our emails can be blocked by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.
To unblock your emails
Contact your IT Department asking them to allow the following:
- Emails coming from team@buildingconnected.com (it's not a distribution list).
- Our return path pm_bounces@pm.mtasv.net (which is our email sending service).
- All images coming from imgix.net (this is a popular image hosting service which we use to host logos).
- Emails coming from pm_bounces@pmbounces.buildingconnected.com
Once you have placed this filters into place, if you would like to confirm that you can receive emails from BuildingConnected, please click here to contact our Support Team and we would be happy to send a test email from our end.
Please also note that you may need to apply these settings to your email software and any anti-virus programs that you may have connected to your email.
