How to adjust project notification settings (BC Pro)

As a head contractor with BC Pro, you have the ability to adjust notification settings within projects for yourself and for coworkers.

If your company does not have BC Pro, you can stop project message notifications by leaving the project. For instructions on how to leave a project, please reference the article, “How head contractors can leave a project team.”

To adjust project notification settings

In your project, click the “Team” tab.



Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of your name or your coworker’s name and click “Edit Notification Settings.”



You can choose to receive notifications for all communication on a project, only bid packages you or your coworker is the lead on, specific bid packages, or no project communication. 




Click “Update Settings". Each team member's notification setting is shown in the "Notification Preferences" column.
