BC Pro offers the ability to create sub list templates that can be imported into projects. This article explains how to remove subcontractors from these templates so that you always invite the appropriate subcontractors to projects.
Please note that removing individual subcontractors or entire companies from a template will not remove them from past projects in which the template was used. Projects and sub list templates are not synced together. However, the removed contact or company will no longer be added when the template is imported into future projects.
To remove an individual company contact on a sub list template
Navigate to the tender package within a sub list template where the company is located.
You can also use our “Jump to” feature to quickly find the contact's company. For instructions on how to use the “Jump to” feature, please reference the article: What is the “jump to” feature and when should I use it?
Click the "x" icon next to the individual's name.
You’ll see an alert asking to confirm that you want to remove the subcontractor. If you want to keep the subcontractor in the template, click on “Cancel.” Otherwise, click on “Remove Sub”.
Note: If there is only one contact for the company, you will be asked to "Remove Company" as the entire company will no longer be on your sub list when no contacts remain.
