How to view and print proposals in Bid Leveling

You can view and print the overview of the proposal directly from Bid Leveling. Printing proposals can help if your company wants to keep hard copies of submitted bids.
 

To download proposals in Bid Leveling 

In the "Bid Leveling" tab, on the company's proposal you want to view or print, click on the drop down menu next to the company’s name. 

Click on “View proposal” or "Print Proposal".



If you click "View Proposal", you can also "Print" when viewing the proposal in BuildingConnected by clicking "Print". 

When you click "Print", a PDF of the company's proposal will open in your browser. If you are using Google Chrome, there will be an option to download or print. 



Alternately, you can view or print after scrolling to the end of the proposal. You will find the options before the "Leveled bid metrics".
