An NDA protected project is a way for general contractors to require invited bidders and the vendors that bidders invite to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to viewing any project information.
Invited bidders and vendors will not be able to view project names, locations, files, or bid forms until they consent to the NDA. This is to ensure confidential project information remains internal to companies who were invited to bid.
When subcontractors electronically sign the NDA, they agree that they have downloaded and read the uploaded NDA and are authorized to consent.
