How to search for a specific company to invite to a project

If you are inviting a specific company to a project, you can do so by searching for the company on the “Invite Bidders” window.

To search for a specific company to invite to bid

Navigate to the project then click on the bid package you would like to invite a specific company to.



Click "Add Bidders or “Invite Bidders” on the “Bidders” tab.  



On the “Search” tab, type the name of the company into the search bar at the top of the window.



Companies containing the string entered will appear in the list below. If the company you are searching for does not appear and you have a contact's email, we recommend inviting them via email instead. 

From here, add bidders by clicking "Add or "Invite" next to the individual. You can click “Show More” to view all individuals within a company. You can invite as many individuals within a company as you would like by clicking “Invite” next to all names.



Please note that if your project is published, an email notification will be sent to the individual you clicked “Invite” next to.
