How to see and edit permission levels in TradeTapp
Only users with "Admin Permissions" can see and edit permission levels. If you are an "Admin", click your company name in the top right corner.
Click “Settings.”
Click “Manage Users.”
A user's current permission level will appear in the “User Role” column.
To view the list of available permissions levels and make updates, click the “Edit” icon to the right of a coworker’s name.
Permissions levels include Basic, Financial, Reviewer - No Financials, Reviewer - With Financials, and Accepter. You can also optionally apply Admin Permissions and Other Permissions to each user. Learn more in the following section.

Admin Permissions
A member at any permission level can have Admin permissions. Members with Admin permissions can access all of the following settings. Those without Admin permissions can only access their own account settings like changing their name, email, and notification settings.
- Questionnaire
- Financial Model
- Custom Calculations
- Reminders
- Renewals
- Manage Users
- Automation Rules
- Email Templates
Other Permissions
- Complete Application: Provides the member with the ability to mark a vendor's application complete
- Invite to Qualify: Provides the member with the ability to invite vendors to qualify
- Request correction(s): Provides the member with the ability to create, edit, and view correction requests
“Basic” permission level
Basic permissions allow access to invite vendors, review vendors, and request approvals.
Invitations
Within vendor profiles, coworkers with “Basic” permissions will only have access to the “General”, “Contacts”, “Projects”, “Safety”, and “Insurance” tabs, and will not have access to any risk summaries, financials, or approval information.
Coworkers with "Basic" permissions can be assigned to review a company, but do not have the ability to set a qualification status.
Approvals
Please note that while those with “Basic” permissions cannot see any approval details, they can view the “Approvals” page. Clicking into a vendor on the “Approvals” page will not open approval information - they will be taken to the vendor profile containing only information available to those with “Basic” permissions.
“Financial” permission level
Invitations
“Financial” permissions include capabilities within the “Basic” permissions level as well as the ability to view the "Financial" tab and edit the "Financial Input".
Approvals
Coworkers with “Financial” permissions will not have the ability to review approval requests.
“Reviewer” permission levels
Invitations
A “Reviewer" has the ability to set qualification statuses and if they are an assigned review, mark their review complete.
There are two types of "Reviewer" permissions, No financials and With financials. A "Reviewer - With Financials" can review and see the Financial tab and Financial Input section, while a "Reviewer - No Financials" won't see any financial information. This provides more flexibility for your coworkers who need to review applications. For example, you may have a Safety Engineer who will review the safety information, but they shouldn't have access to financials, then you can grant them "Reviewer - No Financials" permissions.
Approvals
"Reviewer" permissions can review project approvals for a vendor. Learn more about approvals in How to request a project approval in TradeTapp (General contractors).
“Accepter” permission level
Invitations
"Accepter" permissions include capabilities within the “Basic,” “Financial,” and “Reviewer” permissions levels.
Approvals
"Accepter" permissions can accept project approvals for a vendor. Learn more in How to request a project approval in TradeTapp (General contractors).
