As a general contractor using TradeTapp, you can create different versions of qualification questionnaires. This will help ensure all vendors are submitting questionnaires that are most relevant to the work they perform so you can assign risk accordingly.
To create a new TradeTapp questionnaire version
Click on your company name in the top right corner.
Click “Settings.”
In the top navigation bar, click “Questionnaire".
Click “Version Management.”
Click “Add New Version.”
Enter the name of your new version then click “Create Version.”
On this page, you can use the icons to perform various actions on that questionnaire version:
- Pencil icon: Edit the name
- Star icon: Set the version as default
- Duplicate icon: Create a copy
- Trash icon: Delete the version
- Download icon: Download a blank version of that questionnaire

If you would like to send your new questionnaire version to a vendor who has previously been invited to qualify, you can do by following the instructions in the article, “How to send a vendor a different questionnaire version (General contractors).”
