If you haven't tried TradeTapp before purchasing, you will need to create your company's TradeTapp account where you can add users and start managing qualifications.
Note: To create a TradeTapp account, you must be the Contract Manager for the account that purchased TradeTapp or be assigned a TradeTapp subscription through ACC Admin.
1. Sign in at https://app.tradetapp.com/accounts-provisioning with your Autodesk Account.
Note: If you do not have an Autodesk account with the email you entered, you will be redirected you to create that account first.
2. Enter your company name. The company name will be associated with all the users in your TradeTapp account and will be what vendors see when you send out invitations to qualify.
3. Select your BuildingConnected account to connect to TradeTapp. A list will appear of the BuildingConnected companies that match the company name you entered in.
Connecting TradeTapp to BuildingConnected allows your team to take advantage of TradeTapp features in BuildingConnected such as sending invitations to prequalify from BuildingConnected and seeing qualification data for companies.
Note: If you don't have a BuildingConnected account and you create one later, you can reach out to our Support Team to help connect your TradeTapp and BuildingConnected accounts.
4. Once your account is created, you will land on the "Manage Users" page in Settings. Click "Start Inviting".
5. Click "Add New User". Learn more about how to add users.
6. Enter the email of the coworker you would like to add to your company’s TradeTapp account, select their permissions level, then click “Send.” For information on permissions levels, see “What does each permissions levels in TradeTapp mean? (General contractors)”.
7. Repeat Step 5 and 6 for each user you want to add.
Once added, you will next add the same users to ACC to assign them a subscription to TradeTapp. This step is required because subscriptions are managed in ACC. Once a subscription is assigned to a user in ACC, when they try to login to TradeTapp, they'll be granted access.
8. To add these members into Autodesk Construction Cloud, you have two options:
- Export all members from TradeTapp and import into Autodesk User Management
- Add members directly from TradeTapp (Limited to 100 members at a time)
