How to print your bid forms (BC Pro)

If you create bid forms in BuildingConnected, you can download and print them for your team's reference.
 

To print your bid form

Navigate to the "Bid Form" tab in a bid package in your project. 

Click on the printer icon at the top of your Scope-Specific Bid Form. 



The bid form will open in your browser as a PDF file. 

Note: There is a "Submit Online" watermark on the bid form. If you pass this on to bidders for reference, it encourages them to submit their proposal through BuildingConnected and as a result, all your proposals will be centralized in BuildingConnected. 

From here, depending on the browser you are using, there will be options to download the PDF to your computer or print the document. The following is a screenshot from Adobe Acrobat on Google Chrome:
