If you have own budgeted costs for the items in your bid form, you can enter them in to compare side-by-side with the proposals submitted by your bidders.
In Bid Leveling, click "Add Proposal".
Enter in your own email or name and select "Add" next to your name when it appears.
Note: A proposal must be associated with a contact. Therefore, when you add yourself in this way, you will be added to your bidder list. However, you will not receive an invitation to bid email. You will see how the system will help to differentiate your costs from other companies in Bid Leveling.
Complete the bid form accordingly by entering in your own costs as desired.
Click "Add Proposal" at the bottom.
Review and click "Submit".
Now, in Bid Leveling, there will be a column with your budget. It will be uniquely colored blue and shaded to highlight that it is your company's proposal. You can perform the same functions on your proposal like adding notes, plugging in new numbers, and coloring the cells.
Note: It will always be the left-most proposal no matter how you sort so that you always have it in an easy place to review against other proposals.
Note: In your bidders, you will now be listed, because this feature is connected to adding a proposal for any subcontractor that submits a proposal.
