There currently isn’t a way to fully unsubscribe from your end, however you can control what you receive by managing the following:
- If you’re receiving invites for work you don’t perform, you can update these details from your profile settings. The article below has instructions on how to make these changes: How to update your work performed
- If you’re receiving invites from companies you don’t wish to work with, you can block their invites by following the instructions in the article below: How subcontractors can block general contractors from sending email notifications
- To stop notifications for a specific project, simply indicate “Not Tendering” for that opportunity.
However, our Support team can help unsubscribe you from all BuildingConnected emails such as future tender invitations and qualification applications. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive communications from our customers.
To contact support:
- Click the "?" button in the bottom left corner to access our virtual assistant.
- Follow the prompts and describe your issue.
- You may be given some self-service options, and you can answer "Yes" or "No" when asked if they are helpful.
- If not helpful, you'll be able to choose to email or chat with our Support team.
