You can add coworkers to project teams to provide them full access to view project tabs, invite bidders, and view submitted proposals.
Subcontractors should not be added to project teams. To invite companies to submit a bid on your project, see How to add bidders to bid packages.
To add a coworker to your project team
In your project, click the “Team” tab.
Enter your coworker's name or email in the field and click their name in the drop-down.
Note: If you invite a contact that has a different email domain that the ones associated with your company, an extra alert will appear as a precaution. If you invite people outside of your company to your project, they will have full access to all the bid packages just as anyone else in your company would. Click "Send Invitation" to proceed.
Once a coworker has been added to the project team, they will receive an email to notify them.
Their name and “Invited” status will also appear on the “Team” tab within the project. The team members you invite will have same full access as you to the project.
