To access a tender from the email invitation
If you have an existing account with BuildingConnected, you can click on “View this RFP” from any invite to be directed to your Tenders section.
To access your Tenders dashboard from within your BuildingConnected account, please click on “Tenders” from the menu on the left. You will be directed to the “Undecided” status of your Tenders section. These are all of the tenders that you have been invited to but have not yet accepted or declined.
To accept a tender directly from the invitation
There are several ways to accept your tender. The first is to accept directly from the invitation you received. Click on “Tendering” to update the status of your tender. Taking this action will move the tender from “Undecided” into “Accepted” in your Tenders section.
If no action is taken from within the invite or if “Not Sure” is selected, the tender will be sorted into the “Undecided” status of your Tenders section.
Please note: Accepting a tender does not send an email notification to the head contractor. However, the head contractor will see the updated status in the project.
