As a general contractor, you can create bidder list templates to easily import bidders into new projects. This article explains how to duplicate, download, and delete bidder list templates.
Within a bidder list template, click on the top-right arrow to open a drop-down menu.
To duplicate a bidder list template
You can copy a bidder list template to easily create similar bidder list templates to import into projects.
1. Click "Duplicate".
2. Click the "New Bidder List Template" tab.
3. Edit the name, number, and select what information you want to copy over.
4. Click "Create New Template".
To download a bidder list template
Click "Download Bidder List" to receive a CSV file of your bidder list template, including contact information for each individual.
To delete bidder list template
The ability to delete bidder list templates helps to keep your bidder lists organized so that you can easily import the appropriate bidder list into a project.
Note: You must have edit permissions to delete a template. If you do not see the option to delete, you can navigate to the "Share" tab and see who has "View and edit" permissions then ask them to delete it.
1. Click "Delete Template".
2. In the pop-up window, click "Delete Template"
