How to update incomplete office addresses

Offices in BuildingConnected must have full addresses with city/town, state, and country. When you navigate to your list of offices, if there are any incomplete addresses, you may see the following banner. This banner is only shown to Office Leads. 



This banner helps your team identify offices with missing or partial information and encourages you to correct this so that your company's profile remains accurate and up to date. 

Note: You can dismiss the banner by clicking the "x" icon, however the banner will return until there no offices with incomplete addresses. 
 

To update offices with incomplete addresses

Offices with incomplete addresses will have a warning icon next to the address. 

Click into the office and provide the full address. Learn more about editing office information in How to edit your office name, address, and phone number.
