How do I update the company name on my TradeTapp account?

If you need to change the company name associated with your TradeTapp account, shown on the top-right corner, our Support team would be happy to help change your company name. 

To contact support:

1. Click the "?" button in the bottom left corner to access our virtual assistant.
2. Follow the prompts and describe your issue.
3. You may be given some self-service options, and you can answer "Yes" or "No" when asked if they are helpful.
4. If not helpful, you'll be able to choose to email or chat with our Support team.
