How to make your project discoverable

With BC Pro, you can make projects public before or after they have been published. All your public projects are displayed in your company's public plan room and can be accessed by anyone with the link. Projects that are NDA protected will not show up in your company's public plan room. 

To make an existing project public

Navigate to your Projects page then click on the project you would like to make public. 



Click on the "Information" tab then click "Edit Information." 



Next to "Discoverable", select "I want this project to be discoverable". Bidders will be able to discover your project from the Bid Board Plan Room in their BuildingConnected accounts or through your own public plan room link. Learn more about how your public plan room works here. This can help you get better coverage on public projects and discover new trade partners to work with. 



Click "Save Project" and if your project is published, it will be posted to your public plan room and available for bidders to discover on Bid Board, but you can still invite bidders the standard way through BuildingConnected.

In the "Discoverable" field, click "[Your Company Name] Public Plan Room" in the "Discoverable" field to navigate to your public plan room.
