Bid invitations and messages sent out from our system come from "team@buildingconnected.com." In rare instances, our emails can be blocked by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.
To unblock your emails
Contact your IT Department asking them to allow the following:
- Emails coming from team@buildingconnected.com (it's not a distribution list)
- Links from url4150.buildingconnected.com (This is for click tracking in certain emails which go through this domain)
- All images coming from imgix.net (this is a popular image hosting service which we use to host logos)
- Emails coming from the IP address 167.89.0.235 (it's our own dedicated IP address (not used by anyone else for sending emails)
Please note that you may need to apply these settings to your email software and also any anti-virus programs that you may have connected to your email.
If you have further questions or are continuing to have trouble, our Support team would be happy to help. To contact support:
- Click the "?" button in the bottom left corner to access our virtual assistant
- Follow the prompts and describe your issue.
- You may be given some self-service options, and you can answer "No" when asked if they are helpful.
- Then you'll be able to choose to email or chat with our Support team.
