What is a follower?
A follower is a coworker who you want to have access to bid information including files, messages, bid forms, and tracking.
To add coworkers as followers on bids
Within a bid, navigate to the "Overview" tab.
In the “Team Summary” section, click the person icon under "Other Followers".
Enter your coworker's name and press "Enter" on your keyboard when their name appears. You can also click on their name in the list.
If your coworker’s name does not populate, type their email in the search bar then click “Invite [email address” or press “Enter” on your keyboard.
Once a coworker is added as a follower, they will receive an email notification and the bid will appear on their Bid Board.
Why is my coworker appearing as a vendor?
If you add a coworker, but they are listed under "Vendors", they will not have full access to the bid. Vendors are typically people who are not in the same company account as you. Learn more
If your coworker works with you in the same company and should have the full access, our Support team can advise on what is occurring and help ensure your coworker has access.

To resend an invitation to bid to a coworker or remove followers from bids
In the “Team Summary” section of a bid, click on the icon containing the initials or photo of the follower then click “Remove" or "Resend Invite Email".
Removing a coworker will cause them to no longer have access to view any information, files, or messages associated with the bid. Your coworker will not receive a notification that they were removed as a follower and the bid will be removed from their Bid Board.
