As a subcontractor, if you have already set the status of your bid (undecided, accepted, declined, submitted, won, or lost) you can change your status at any time on your Bid Board or within the opportunity.
From your Bid Board, click the drop-down arrow to the right of the opportunity and click "Change status".
From within an opportunity, at the top right, hover over the Status and click "Change status" or click the drop-down arrow to select "Change status".
In the pop-up window, select your new status from the drop-down menu.
Please note that bids that have not been submitted through BuildingConnected can only be changed to “Undecided,” “Accepted,” or “Declined.” The remaining statuses ("Submitted", “Won,” “Lost,” “Other-Canceled,” “Other - Project was re-bid,” “Other - Client was not awarded,” and “Other - See notes”) will be greyed out.
You can also choose to archive the opportunity. If you select "Declined", the option will be grayed out as the opportunity must be archived when you decline.
Click “Save.”
