How to export reports to excel (Bid Board Pro)

As a subcontractor with Bid Board Pro, you can export any custom reports you create in BuildingConnected directly to excel to further track the projects your company was invited to bid on.

In Bid Board, click the “Reports” tab.



Select the custom report or template you would like to export by clicking on the title of the report on the left-hand side.

Please note that these reports are unique to you. They cannot be viewed by your coworkers, and any reports created by your coworkers will not appear unless they are shared. Shared reports appear in your “Shared with me”.

Click on the arrow at the far right of the screen and click "Export". 



The download will automatically start. Once the report is downloaded onto your computer, you can send the downloaded file to colleagues or team members as an attachment in an email.
