As a subcontractor with Bid Board Pro, you can share the reports you create in BuildingConnected with your colleagues. This is helpful so that these reports are more accessible and you do not need to export them to Excel.
To share a report with colleagues, start from the “Bid Board” page and then click on the “Reports” tab.
Click on the report that you want to share.
Click the “Share” button.
A pop-up window will appear. There are two ways you can share reports with colleagues.
1. Sharing with another office in your company: Report will appear for all users in that office
2. Send a shareable link: Send a link directly to this report in Bid Board
Select offices or toggle on "Share report with all users at [Your Company] and copy the link.
Any reports shared with you will appear in the “Shared with Me” section. You cannot edit a report that has been shared with you.If you would like to customize a shared report, you will need to copy the report and then you can make edits.
