Can other subcontractors see the bid I submitted through BuildingConnected?

BuildingConnected understands the importance of keeping your bid details private. No other subcontractors can see the bid you submitted through BuildingConnected. When subcontractors submit bids to general contractors through our site, only that general contractor can see the submitted bid. This also applies to projects that are public, electronically sealed or which require a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Additionally, anyone that is listed as a “Vendor” on a bid cannot see the details of your bid. The vendor will be able to see if a bid was accepted, declined or submitted. However, vendors on bids are not be able to view the submitted amount, attachments or other details entered in the Bid Form tab.
