BC Pro offers the ability to create bidder list templates that can be imported into projects. This article explains how to remove bidders from these templates so that you always invite the appropriate bidders to projects.
Please note that removing individual bidders or entire companies from a template will not remove them from past projects in which the template was used. Projects and bidder list templates are not synced together. However, the removed bidder or company will no longer be added when the template is imported into future projects.
To remove an individual company contact on a bidder list template
Navigate to the bid package within a bidder list template were the company is located.
You can also use our “Jump to” feature to quickly find the bidder’s company. For instructions on how to use the “Jump to” feature, please reference the article: What is the “jump to” feature and when should I use it?
Click the "x" icon next to the individual's name.
You’ll see an alert asking to confirm that you want to remove the bidder. If you want to keep the bidder in the template, click on “Cancel.” Otherwise, click on “Remove Bidder.”
Note: If there is only one contact for the company, you will be asked to "Remove Company" as the entire company will no longer be on your bidder list when no contacts remain.
