How subcontractors can manage security settings and permissions (Bid Board Pro)

As a subcontractor with Bid Board Pro, you have the ability to adjust security settings and permissions for coworkers within your company. Settings include the ability to:

• Modify permissions
• View the leaderboard
• View analytics and reports
• View all opportunities

To manage Bid Board security settings

Click the “Settings” tab.



Click the “Permissions” tab.



By default, all coworkers within your company are given full permissions.

Note: If you do not see this page, you do not have access to adjust permissions. Please reach out to a coworker listed on the right-hand side of the page to request that they give access. 






To remove the default setting and assign custom permissions to each coworker, unselect all checkboxes in the “Default for all employees” row.

Under each column, select for that employee if they should have that permissions. Reference the table on the right-hand side for descriptions of each permission. 



You can also use the search bar to quickly locate a coworker.
