As a general contractor using TradeTapp, you may need to re-invite a coworker who had previously been invited but didn't create their account. The best way to do this is to:
- Remove your coworker from your company’s TradeTapp account
- Add your coworker again to your company’s TradeTapp account
Once the above steps are complete, your coworker will receive a new invitation in their inbox allowing them to set up their account and join your company on TradeTapp.
If your coworker did not receive an email notification containing a link to set up their account, they may need to allow emails from @tradetapp.com. For steps on how to do so, please reference the article, “How to allow emails from BuildingConnected and TradeTapp in Gmail.”
