As a general contractor with BC Pro, you can connect your Procore account to your BuildingConnected account so that you can easily transfer projects from preconstruction to project management.
If you attempt to copy your project to Procore but encounter a message saying “Procore error occurred,” please try disconnecting from your Procore account. To disconnect:
- Navigate to your Settings by clicking on the person icon on the left-hand menu.
- Click the "Account" tab.
- In the "Connected Accounts" action, click "Disable Account" next to Procore.
- Click "Connect Account" and follow the prompts to login to Procore.
Once you reconnect your Procore account, try to copy the project one more time. For instructions on how to copy your BuildingConnected project into Procore click here.
If the issue persists, please contact Procore Support at support@procore.com for further assistance. BuildingConnected can identify that there is an error preventing the project from copying over to Procore. However further insight and troubleshooting for this issue is best provided by Procore Support.
