Notifications allows you stay up to date on any messages or submissions from your bidders on the projects you are working on. You can adjust your notification settings on a project-by-project basis in the "Team" tab. Please review this article for instructions.
When you have notifications turned on, you can receive the following messages:
1. When a subcontractor uses the built-in messaging tool to send a message to your team
2. When another team member on the project sends a message to bidders
3. When a bidder submits a proposal or a revision

I added a coworker to the team. Will they receive a notification?
Yes. The coworker who was added to the team will be automatically notified. Please note that this notification is automatically sent and cannot be adjusted.
Can I receive a copy of the bid invitation or a message I send out?
You do not receive a copy of any invitations or messages that you send out. If you would like to receive a copy of the bid invitation, you can add yourself as a bidder to any bid package to be included in the email distribution when you publish. For messages, team members who have their notifications turned on will receive a copy of the message sent out so you can ask them to forward you a copy of those.
