How do I notify my bidders about an addendum or changes to a project?

BuildingConnected does not send automatic notifications to your bidders if changes are made to your project.

Therefore, as a contractor using BC Pro, if you make changes to your project, you can do so accordingly to your project by uploading new files to the "Files" tab or changing any project details in the "Information" tab as required.

Once you have made the changes, you can use the "Messages" tool within your project to notify the entire project about any changes. 



Please note that if your project has phases and if you do not want to all of the original bidders to see the updates to a project, we typically suggest considering creating a new project by duplicating the existing one. In the new project, you can invite only the bidders that you want to have access and include the updated information. Here are instructions on How general contractors can duplicate existing projects.
