How to integrate Bid Board with your CRM

You can use the BuildingConnected API to pipe information from the opportunities you receive in Bid Board to where it is needed like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot. You can also pipe these opportunities to your data warehouse for use with PowerBI and other analytics tools.  

How does the Bid Board integration with CRM tools work?

To begin, you must have the following subscriptions and licenses:  

• Bid Board Pro subscription
• BuildingConnected API License (included with a Bid Board Pro subscription)

An ACC Connect license is recommended, but not required. ACC Connect will have prebuilt connectors with Salesforce and BuildingConnected so you can build and customize your CRM integrations without writing any code (no software developers needed).

Note: If you do not yet have any of these subscriptions or licenses and are interested, please reach out to your company’s Account Executive for more information or click here to reach our sales team. 

This integration utilizes webhooks to push information from BuildingConnected. When an opportunity’s status is changed to “Bidding” or another status, this will trigger an event to send the information over to your application.

Does this Bid Board integration work with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics?

Can we add webhooks for proposals received to make integrations with Bid Day Tools like ProEst and Bid Matrix?  

No, currently this is not an available feature. Please reach out to your Account Executive and suggest this feature if you find it helpful.
